Made with local Canadian corn, wheat, barley and rye. It’s aged for 3+ years in former bourbon barrels which gives our whisky a rich and complex character but keeps the flavour strong, smooth and earthy … just like a great Tragically Hip lyric.
Pairing: An instant Canadian classic. Highly sippable, and very mixable, this is best paired with the likes of 54-40, Big Sugar, Headstones, and our local favorite, the Arkells!
